In an institutional session moderated by the Policy Officer Elena Plana and SINUG’s Chairman Pedro Blasco, the panellists discussed the challenge of continence care from different perspectives:

2️⃣ Eamonn Rogers , EAU Patient Office Chairman, discussed the inportance of Shared Decison Making with patients.

3️⃣ Mary Lynne Van Poelgeest-Pomfret , President of World Federation of Incontinence and Pelvic Problems – WFIPP , shared the views of the patience and the relevance of patient advocacy.

4️⃣ Nicolás González Casares , Spanish Member of the European Parliament, highlighted the importance of evidence-based policy making, the involvement of experts in advocacy, and the need to join forces between healthcare professionals, patients and politicians to make sure health remains a priority in the EU.
