Several patients experience transient incontinence the first months postoperatively, with a final continence rate at 12 months ranging from 68 to 97%. The patient’s anatomy, tumour characteristics, surgical techniques, and surgical skills are contributing factors to PPI. The ESU organised this UROwebinar with the aim to analyse the surgical anatomy and pathophysiology of PPI with a special focus on the treatments for this relevant condition. |
