EAU25 will be the first Annual Congress under the new Scientific Congress Office chair, Prof. Maarten Albersen (Leuven, BE). We asked him about his approach to the scientific programme and what his priorities are for the upcoming congress.

Abstract submission outcome expected later this monthFollowing a record-breaking number of submissions, the EAU’s Scientific Congress Office, aided by over 400 experts, is currently reviewing the abstracts. Everyone who submitted will be informed by 23 December 2024 if their abstract is accepted or not.

How can you register with the best rates? Many different delegate fees are available depending on your membership status, profession or your academic position. If you register by 21 January 2025 (23:59 CET), you can take advantage of the early fee discount.

Be aware of fraud
Please be very careful when registering for EAU25 or booking hotel rooms in Madrid. Several fraudulent third parties exist, who use EAU logos to appear like legitimate business. You may even be approached by e-mail by some of these parties, if they see that you are a speaker at EAU25 and they can find your e-mail address. See more details.
