Join the policy discussion entitled: The 'P' Word: the challenge of urinary problems in people living with prostate and bladder cancer on December 7, 2022.
Registrations for in-person attendance close on December 2 and for virtual attendance close on December 4, 2022. 

The event will raise awareness on the important impact that these conditions can have on physical, mental and emotional well-being of cancer patients and also those of their families and carers. The use of continence management products, such as adult incontinence pads, also poses challenges for the environment.

The meeting will take place on December 7, 2022, from 17h00-19h00 CET in room ASP 3 E2 in the European Parliament.

The 'P' Word event agenda

This event will be hosted by MEP Sokol and you will have the chance to hear from patient representatives as well as clinicians, researchers and policymakers. We will also be discussing the challenges, as well as providing recommendations on how European policies and programmes can help find solutions.
