1st WFIP FORUM
“New challenges about Incontinence and Chronic Pelvic Pain”

WFIP is delighted to announce that this year we will celebrate our first ever multistakeholder WFIP FORUM in Europe. It will be held in Barcelona, at the Hospital San Pau. WFIP is expecting a participation of some 100delegates, this on a first come first served basis. Participants will include WFIP delegate members, HCPs, invited guests, sponsors and other stakeholders.
This showcase event has been inspired by a compelling wish by the WFIP Board to raise awareness of issues such as incontinence, bladder weakness, pelvic pain and related conditions. The date of the Forum has been carefully selected to precede World Continence Week 2019 17th to 23rd June 2019.
It will provide excellent networking opportunities for patient organizations, irrespective of whether or not they are WFIP members, and professionals to meet other patient advocates from around the world. It is also an opportunity to hear state of the art presentations on incontinence and chronic pelvic pain issues. WFIP will also present itself as a federation of national patient organizations and will of course highlight our recent and upcoming activities. A prime opportunity in a prime location to exchange views with clinicians, pelvic floor therapists, patient representatives and industry. An opportunity to ask questions, contribute actively to the debates and understand just what WFIP is aiming to achieve in the upcoming period.
There will be an adjacent Exhibition Area with ample opportunity for participants to visit and interact with national and international patient organizations and industry represented.
WFIP is delighted to have attracted a great line–up of eminent speakers on topics, which are the motivating factor to hold this event. It is very much a multistakeholder event, the first of its kind, and expectations are high. Please refer to the programme to see who is coming to speak and the far-ranging topics that will be covered.
All participants are invited to register for the FORUM to learn more about recent updates in the incontinence and pelvic pain community and meet patients from around the world.
Participation is free of charge, but pre-registration is required. Details regarding pre-registration are set out below.

Registration
Participation at the WFIP FORUM event in Barcelona is free of charge. Pre-registration is required by everybody wishing to attend. The registration deadline is 20th May, 2019. Registrations are on a first come first served basis, the limit is 100 participants.
