A big thank you to the Blaenau Gwent Veterans Association for fundraising for Bladder & Bowel UK
The veterans took on the tough and poignant challenge of walking 255 miles from Staffordshire to South Wales beginning in June 2022, a mile for each life lost in the Falklands War whilst fundraising for Bladder & Bowel UK and Hospice of the Valleys. We’d like to thank all who were involved in taking the time and effort to raise money for our cause and persevering to complete their mission. The team have managed to raise a massive £6250 for ourselves which we cannot thank them enough for.
As part of the washroom dignity campaign with Initial Hygiene, Lewis Moody, former England rugby champion who suffers with Ulcerative Colitis, is calling for compulsory sanitary disposal bins in male public bathrooms to help the one in ten men who suffer with incontinence.
